」雇主聘僱從事第四十六條第一項第九款規定家庭看護工作之外國人，於本法修正生效前，因工作期間累計不得逾十二年規定，致原聘僱許可未滿三年，在本法修正生效後，其有效期間不足四個月者，於本解釋令生效日起四個月內，雇主經該外國人同意後，得檢具申請書(如附件)及其他本部規定之文件，向本部重新申請，經本部審查符合規定者，核發連同原許可期間計算最長至三年之聘僱許可。
