隱適美（隱形矯正）在手術的療程中扮演的好處是全數位化，與診所醫師溝通治療計劃的擬定非常方便，此外手術中沒有矯正器，不會有術中矯正器脫落或是手術中因為矯正器尖銳造成手術人員刺傷的風險，更大的好處是術後傷口照顧方便，較不會有食物卡在矯正器而清潔不易的問題，但是隱適美相較傳統矯正所需費用較高，所以大家還是得考量自己的荷包喔，另外有人也會懷疑隱適美在正顎手術上的牙齒調整效果會不會比較不好，我相信效果絕對不回輸給傳統矯正治療。
